ASSIGNED AT BIRTH as FEMALE or male,
given PRONOUNS, THEY disagreed with,
THEY hoped THEIR GENDER DIVERSITY
would invite the world to be CULTURALLY RESPONSIVE,
so that SEXUALITY could be a personal EXPRESSION of acceptance,
rather than SEX becoming another VICTIM
of SYSTEMIC OPPRESSION aimed at
DEI CULTURE and FEMINISM.

2.
KEY GROUPS who are AT RISK
of suffering UNCONSCIOUS BIAS
and TRAUMATIC INJUSTICE are as follows:
FEMALES (especially PREGNANT PEOPLE
or BREASTFEEDING PERSONS,
HISPANIC MINORITIES, NATIVE AMERICANS,
INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES, LATINX  and IMMIGRANT families.

Other VULNERABLE POPULATIONS
include those with DISABILITIES, MENTAL HEALTH issues,
those PROMOTING DIVERSITY,
and HISTORICALLY EXCLUDED groups.

3.
Reports, articles, and posts should omit:
ACTIVISTS, ALLIES, and ADVOCATES,
those who openly support SOCIOECONOMIC JUSTICE,
groups who seek to create a SENSE OF BELONGING,
and the terms GULF OF MEXICO and CLIMATE SCIENCE.

 NOTE: All others are welcomed into TRIBAL PRIVILEGE.
