How America’s immigrant neighbor
Suddenly has world-changing appeal

How a woman can befriend all women
How a researcher shows us new facts
How a believer in bettering leads us
How a heroine know when to act

And back in our own country’s quagmire
Where man after man takes the job
And science is seen as pure folly
By disinformed left-behind mobs

Let’s turn our shared feminine longings
To the future it is our time to own
As Claudia Sheinbaum reminds us
